Verdict: 2D1N cycling trip is too damn tiring :( Genting Sempah - Raub: Distance 96.7km Moving time 5h43m Average speed 16.9km/h Elevation 1874m. Raub - Genting Sempah: Distance 69.8km Moving time 4h38m Average speed 15.1km/h Elevation 1572m. We gathered at Genting Sempah McD R&R as the take off point. Luckily for me and Hon, we managed to find a mamak shop opened at Batu Caves to have our breakfast, the others had to make do with the only stall opened at the R&R. It was drizzling with light rain on the departure day so we had to delay our departure time from 7am to 8am as the rain slowed down a little. Long distance cycling attire Again again we went again... Maybe the food, the expenses, the people, donno, both of us have some kind of fondness for Hatyai LOL. This time around, we were all gung-ho after our first experience, no fear no nervous no nothing muahaha! Unfortunate event still happened though LOL. I went back to my house to take my passport, when Hon reversed out from the house, we heard a loud bang from the back tyre, and there it was a nail sticking into the tyre! Since it was very early, 6 am mind you, we had to waste our time at McD while waiting for the workshop to open, which, in the case of Perlis, good luck finding any workshop that opens before 9am.

Quick update! Joined the 10 km category last year ; this year I joined the 5 km category together-gether with Hon. .:website here:. Yeah I know right? last year 10 km this year 5 km. Eeeeeeeveryone was like: "Why you terbalik/'topeng'/reverse one?? People usually 'upgrade'; YOU on the other hand..." LOL hear me out.

Few weeks back I've seen people checking my blog with keyword 'Fit Malaysia Perlis 2016', which would definitely lead them to last year's event . Despite my itchiness effort of writing a prequel post prior to this year's event, I don't have any idea what to write coz... there's just ain't anything to write about. Anyway... Fit Malaysia (FM) Perlis 2016 was held at IKBN Kuala Perlis on 8th May 2016. The starting and finish line for Run and Ride Main stage FM was held before Perlis Marathon this year, and since we were somehow registered as a member under Rainbow Jersey Team website (the main organizer of FM), we were notified through email regarding the event. Last weekend, me and Wendy (and Jayden, her 9mo son) went for a 2D1N trip to Teluk Intan, Perak for our housemate, Nad's wedding. The main agenda was the wedding, the next important mission was of course the food lah!! My responsibility for this trip was a rather big one (or I just perasan you don't say), because we have a 9 month-old toddler along who still is recovering from his fever, and I am the main planner for this trip! Woah I haven't do such thing for as long as I can remember since I've been together with Hon coz that's his thing! I felt kinda nervous, with a kid summore. I viewed it as some sort of training for myself haha! Since Nad's Akad Nikah or wedding solemnization was on Friday 3pm, we departed from Perlis that morning assuming we manage to catch that time. 够力，又来到一个我想写双语游记的时候了... 上个周末去了一趟两天一夜的安顺之游，主要目的是要参加Nad（马来室友）的婚礼，次要当然是吃吃喝喝啦~~ 话说这次的旅程我的责任满重大的（很多时候都是我自己perasan罢了啦），因为这次同行的是Wendy（另一位室友）母子 - 九个月大的 Jayden ，全程由我主导，而且自从跟宝贝宏在一起后每次的旅途都是他在规划，这次我要自己规划，还要考虑到小baby，算是给自己一个training啦 哈哈哈！ 由于 Nad 的 Akad Nikah （伊斯兰教法上的正式合法结婚）在星期五三点举行，我们在当天早上从玻璃市出发，想说应该来得及赶上。 Google Map 是怎样算 ETA 的啊，说好的四个多小时呢？？ 我们比预算的八点迟了一个小时出发，结果差不多四点才到达安顺。赶到 Nad 的家时人都解散的七七八八了~~ 住： （照片都是从 Google 和他们的blog 摘下的） Wendy 在 Booking.com 订了这家 TnT Novelty House 的民宿。 随便地在 Google 找到他们的 blog ，感觉上满不错的。

And luckily no one is keeping track so I can still talk about it although it's been almost a year ago. As briefly mentioned in the earlier post , Hon and I went to Bangkok 1-2 days earlier than our other two friends. Hon prepared all of the itinerary for this trip (which is an extremely rare case because he is a man without planning but he has his reason), FC introduced him to use Evernote and it is like the best tool ever!! We had the whole day to ourselves since one of our other friends would arrive later in the evening. He let me choose a location as our dating spot.
